Our application was not a difficult process, it is a beautiful property, gated, gorgeous lake view, on site playground and a brand new pool. I just moved from Georgia and to be honest this place is amazing. The lake view is beautiful, the new playground, pet park and pool that they put in are all incredible. They have made some amazing improvements here at Avalyn and the staff is so helpful!

I've been here for eight years and never had a problem! If there has ever been any sort of issue, the staff is quick to respond and resolve my issue ASAP! The team is so kind and I love living here!
